Lake Travis Girls Win District 25-4A Golf Title

Lake Travis Girls Team

Ann Parmerter shot 71-74 = 145 to capture the District 25-4A individual golf title and lead the girls team to the district championship at Star Ranch.  Teammates Courtney Ford and Kristen Miller finished 2nd and 3rd individually with 147 and 149 totals.  The Cavaliers posted a four over par 292 total in the first round to take the lead and followed up with a 303 team total in the second round to secure the title. 

The Cedar Park girls finished second in the district tournament, which will allow them to advance to the Regional 4 tournament being held at the Golf Club of Texas at Briggs Ranch in San Antonio on April 16-17. 

Also advancing to regional play will be Stella Kang of Lake Travis Med. and Chandler Thomas of Vandegrift as individual medalists.  Victoria Gomez of Marble Falls is the alternate individual medalist.
