A number of golfers with Austin area ties are participating in the U.S. Open Sectional Qualifying taking place today at various sites around the country. Among those players are professionals with Austin area addresses including Bob Estes, Rich Beam, Michael Connell, Joe Ogilvie, Tim Petrovic, Wes Short Jr., Troy Matteson, Dylan Everett. Amateurs participating include Daniel De La Garza.
