Papp, who is currently ranked number four in the Polo Girls Rankings earned her spot by virtue of excellent play throughout this season. Her 72.94 stroke average is the fourth best among her peers. Papp has nine top-five finishes throughout her four-year AJGA career. The two-time Rolex Junior All-American has two AJGA wins, including a victory at the 2013 PING Invitational. Papp has played in two Wyndham Cups and she is verbally committed to Texas.
Gillman, who won the 2014 U.S. Women’s Amateur, was selected as a Captain’s pick and has verbally committed to the University of Alabama. During her AJGA career the two-time Rolex Junior All-American has recorded 12 top-five finishes including a victory at the 2013 Valero Texas Junior Open. Gillman along with Lee, Brooks and O’Sullivan represented the United States at the 2014 Junior Ryder Cup, concluding play with an undefeated match play record.
