Led by Sierra Sims 5 under par individual state title winning effort, The Westlake Girls captured the 5-A team title 15 shots ahead of El Paso Eastwood. Mariana Sims finished in 5th individually while team captain Taylor Moreno finished in 11th place individually.

The two time defending champion Westlake Boys team finished 4th, 14 shots behind Mansfield, who posted a tournament record 575 team total of even par for the tournament. Boys coach Callan Nokes acknowledged the difficulty of winning the state title three years in a row and said he congratulated his team for a solid effort at defending their title. Overall it was a very successful year for Westlake Golf
