The Austin Junior Golfers are representing the city in great fashion. I have trouble keeping up with all the action. Nub Donaldson, who is a long time member of the Austin golfing community and serves as a member of the PAR rules group that are USGA rules officials and help with all the local tournament rules committee is kind enough to keep me posted on some of the action. He recently sent me an email with the following information about Austin junior golfers who have qualified for this year’s USGA events.
Kristen Gillman – U.S. Women’s Amateur Champion
Leading the charge is the defending U.S. Women’s Amateur Champion Kristen Gillman.
