Vince Brunssen posted the only sub par round on Sunday, firing 71 to go with a first round 74 to win the Teravista Open. Brunssen shot three under on the opening nine and two over on the back to finish with 71. The one over par total for two days was good enough to beat Steve Paterson by one shot.
Brunssen, who works for IBM, has played an abbreviated schedule this year due to work committments and a seeing a daughter off to college. However, when he played he's turned in some respectable performances including a top 25 in the Men's City Championship, posting a two over par 288 for four rounds. Congratulations to Mr. Brunssen on a well deserved victory.
