Meg Healy – SSA Golfer Of The Week
The Southern Athletic Association announced the women’s Golfer of the Week for matches played March 28 – April 5 and, after voting by the league head coaches, Meg Healy of Rhodes claimed the honor after two strong performances for the Lynx.
Healy, a senior from Westlake High School in Austin, Texas, shot a 75 to earn medalist honors in the Rhodes versus Bethel match on March 29. She backed that up with rounds of 77-72=149 to finish in second place by one stroke in the Washington University Invitational.
