Alexandra Rossi and Stratton Nolen each received a $500 Billy Clagett Scholarship from the Hannon Cup Association for qualifying to participate in a USGA event. The scholarship, named after one of Austin's most accomplished amateur players, was stablished in an effort to assist junior players with travel expenses to USGA events. The Billy Clagett Scholarship is available to any junior player from Austin who qualifies for a USGA event. Dale Morgan presented Alex Rossi with a check for the scholarship. Rossi qualified for an participated in the U.S. Girls Junior Championship.
